Review on Shark Pet-Perfect SV75Z: Cordless Bagless Hand Vacuum for Carpet and Hard Floors, Gray by David Estevez

Bought this item last autumn and used it sparingly in the country. Now it doesn't hold a charge - the green light is only on for a few minutes and the battery is low. Costs €34.99 new. Battery replacement is $41 (plus shipping). The "guarantee" is still valid for a few weeks, but the item must be prepaid and Shark charges $21 for return shipping. The "guarantee" is useless as it costs as much to mess with a return as it costs to throw it away and buy something else. It is unfortunate that this product is beyond repair and has to be landfilled in near new condition. Beautiful product and very well put together. Too bad this is all superficial - it doesn't work and isn't economical to fix.
