I like that we can do what has to be done, when it needs to be done. We have never been over staffed. That means more time with our clients. The system is easy to use and navigate. There are also many great training videos available if you need to learn a new function. Occasionally there is an issue, but they get resolved quickly. If we don't have enough people in a shift, the system will kick us out of service. This isn't a problem for Avl-it's always been this way. We are able to provide 24/7 service for all of our customers! Not only do we take on the work load of all requests, but we keep track of who takes care of each item.
