Plastic ripped at the seam when the key blade was inserted as shown in other previous reviews. Apparently the manufacturer has not fixed this problem. The rest of the assembly was relatively easy. There is a very small gap where the cover meets the bottom of the case. I'm not sure how durable this case will be with daily use. Addendum: Replacement requested and received immediately. As a precaution, I lightly filed some material at the top of the key blade before placing the plastic collar over the blade. It was still difficult to put the collar on the key blade. The plastic held up this time. I hope the new keychain case lasts a long time. Update 2: The seller contacted me shortly after posting my original review. They offered me an "improved" version of the keychain. I received it today. It took a while as it was shipped from China. The upgraded version looks just like the original. The collar of the blade is now designed without upper lateral notches. It fits snugly to the key blade just like the original. I can't tell if the improved version is stronger as I had already cut some of the material off the blade when the original replacement showed up. But putting on a new collar was still very difficult. He didn't break. I would recommend trimming some material off the top of the blade. The case fits better than the original. The seams are tight. I don't know how durable this improved version will be, but there are improvements in the overall fit. Update September 21st: About 2 years in use. Now there is a crack and indentation in the bottom of the lid. Apparently the improved version didn't last as long. I'll have to get a new one soon. I deducted another star. This should take longer.
