I also have an Air 400 and I love it not only because it's effective but also because it shows how polluted the air is. With all the California fires and a brand new baby, we decided to get another bisse to protect them and know our air quality in both the bedroom and living room. When the Bissel arrived, it was immediately emission class 999 and was never changed. I checked all the filters, cleaned the sensor and no luck. So I contacted Bissel support and after 20 minutes of explanation and sending a video they said "No problem, we'll send you a new one". I was pleasantly surprised and happy until they replied "Just send us the existing one and we'll send you a new one as soon as it arrives". I explained that with its two weeks old and the terrible pollution from the wildfires I couldn't go without it for days, but no matter how hard I asked they refused. I think it's appropriate to take it away from a family with a new child. In this case, it is not a luxury item, but a health item.
