The main part of the zipper - backpacks

After 2 months of use, the backpack zipper (most) opens after being pulled from the bottom. It doesn't happen all the time, but after two months I expect more longevity. She really likes the backpack but wishes the zipper would last longer. I'm sure someone can fix this I hope!
