Small portion control containers
The 21 Day Diet is pretty simple, but you need portion control. These containers are color-coded for protein, veggies, good fats, etc., but they're very small (the size of a single meal, I think). Keeping them refilled is messy, so unless you can easily figure out your portions, they're not that convenient. . I just fill the large container with salads and the small one for the salad dressing is the only one I ended up using. Chicken breasts etc. I separate into ziplock plastic bags. I would say that they are not very practical for everyday use.
