When I bought this I mistakenly thought this was a vending machine (buttons) - it's not. However, it's great for making vegetarian pasta! I love zucchini marinade and have tried different products (veggetti and similar). So far this one is the best. This minimizes waste (just an odd, rough "pillar" in the center when you're done) and allows you to roll it up to about 1/4 inch from the veggies. I made the mistake of trying it without a lid; This worked fine until I got to the last few inches. I then cut my hand with blades which I didn't notice after choosing my noodle "design" 🤦‍♀️. Aside from feeling like a fucking idiot (literally), I was very happy with the end result! I was able to clean it with a strong jet of hot water and just used the brush on the blade to brush the small parts remove that had become lodged. The lid and cup went in the dishwasher. When I first used it, I didn't cut the pieces after twisting them into a spiral. Stupidity. The noodles were about 10 feet long!
