This is a great 10 AWG speaker cable. It is made from 100% copper, not cheaper copper wire. It's also true "10 gauge" wire! (Labeled 10 "AWG"). What bothered me the most was a review that said the speaker wire was obviously oxidized. I can see that my order (2 spools, 200ft) does not include oxidized/damaged wire. So all I can say is that this is the best speaker cable I have found and used (so far). Monstrous wire and at a fraction of the cost. It's great for signal transmission, but note that it's not a shielded speaker cable. If you want shielded speaker wire then look further, this isn't it. But for unshielded speaker wire, this is one of the best speakers out there. the wire I used. This is a continuous 100 foot spool of pure copper speaker wire and is also oxygen free. Great product at a great price! This is real 10 gauge wire and the sheath is easy to work with! Can only recommend this speaker cable.
