The product was simple and easy to use. I got it because I'm required to check my temperature before going to work. It works quickly and anyone can figure it out even without the directions. I didn't have any issues. It was small and compact so I can carry it with me and easily check my temperature on the go. I didn't use the ear function and it also says for kids, but it works just fine on adults too, not to mention the good price. Many places are overcharging for these because of the pandemic, but this one was decent and came fast.
