Good for swelling

For 3 years I had a pinched nerve in my back causing temporary paralysis and finally I was able to walk with a shuffling gait. I had no feelings under my deception except pressure. I lost so much muscle that I started inflating like a balloon. I'm normally 125-135 but my husband died and the grief was so overwhelming that I went up to 110. One day I look down (Sadness left me hanging around in my sweatpants and rarely showering.) I was showering and my stomach was so big I couldn't see my legs. I thought I got fat. But the 1.5 inch arch of the toe made me realize it was fluid buildup. My left knee was also swollen and I had trouble working. My urologist told me these are the muscles that push blood and fluid out. So in 3 years of muscle mass loss I couldn't pump fluid. I got to 150 in a few weeks. I went for back surgery and they put an air pump massager on my legs. 48 hours my legs were skinny. 96 hours my stomach was flat. But when I got home, the fluid came back quickly. Pumps are very expensive so I've tried them with other brands including leggings. I sleep in it and wear it during the day. I have to pull them up to my toes, but they don't hold my legs normally, they hold them tight. They are comfortable when worn correctly. They are really snug as they should be but you must read the size chart. I need a big one if my clothes are medium sized. For some reason, compression garment manufacturers work less, so buy more, and some purchases are unexpected for plus size women. When I'm not wearing them my feet get oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo heavily to walk on. I can be on my feet all day with them. This is life changing for me.
