Review on D Link DIR 813 AC750 Wi Fi Router by Muharik Khalifa

I am very disappointed with this product. I read a lot of great reviews that it has amazing range and that it's a good router for the price. However, this is not the case. It barely reaches a 10 foot radius. When connected I get 80Mbps (I pay for 150Mbps and I get 130Mbps when connected to a modem) but in the next room it drops sharply to 15-30Mbps away. Which leads to terrifying download speeds around the house. So if you intend to use it for gaming or some decent internet use when offline I'd recommend looking elsewhere. It didn't cost me 20 euros. It severely restricts your internet. I will say that I had a 2-in-1 modem router that was bottlenecked at 30Mbps. So it's better, but like I said, unless you're less than 10 feet away in a one-bedroom apartment, I wouldn't get this for a serious amount of play or high download speeds. Also, every time I need to reset my router or modem, the router and DNS are reset. I end up spending 1 hour messing around with the settings because it messes everything up so much. Bottom line: the short range resets every time I have to restart the router settings, resulting in you having no WiFi for several hours until you find the problem in the settings. . AKA is not suitable for beginners. Pros: cheap. And that is quality.
