Neutral or ground connector wire tie runs horizontally while other positive terminals run vertically. When you install the ground wire it is in the middle of the two hot legs and you have to bend the wire to get to the screw terminals on the other side of the terminal and it hits the hot leg creating a short. The screw terminal needs to be reoriented 90 degrees so everything is pointing in the same direction as the hot terminals. I had to put a rubber hose over the wire to stop the short circuit.
