These boots were bought for my 7 year old daughter. It's very easy for her to put on and take off by herself, which is great! I gave these boots 4 stars because the elastic "laces" on one of the boots came undone the first day she put them on. I think they are mostly for decoration but I was impressed with the lack of durability in that area. She can still wear them in the snow, she just looks a little weird now with no laces on a boot.
- They are good for playing in the snow and my child had no trouble walking in them.
- The Velcro can scratch and irritate the skin
