Learning and growing together even further when leaving
The best part about working at 2times is that you get all opportunities in one place which gives me an opportunity for growth both personally as well my career development! I have not found anything bad yet but if there was something i would like changed it's maybe better communication with employees from other countries or teams so they can benefit more out of this program than just being here once every year!! It has given us great experience overall by giving many chances such learning new things while having fun doing what we love - creating art.
Pros
- And lastly seeing people grow through their experiences when applying these skills outside school too !:)
Cons
- Nothing comes straight forward unless your dislikeing some aspect due mostly cause its different then before
