I gave it such a high rating just to see this review. Firstly, this product is not suitable for colored hair. Its ingredients are known to clarify color. This happened to my hair. Second, the shampoo dried my hair so much I couldn't even run my fingers through it. And I don't frizz my hair when I wash it, I make sure the shampoo soaks into my hair and not just rubs it in. Air conditioning. Which air conditioner? He wasn't very fat and didn't do anything. Again, I'm not repeating ANYTHING to alleviate the excessive drying damage the shampoo did. My hair is fragile and I swear I've lost so much hair since I switched from the OGX set. This stuff is more expensive than my ogx, works twice as fast and does more damage than good. I have 3/4 bottle of shampoo left in the shower because it's a last resort. I am not satisfied and would definitely not recommend. She also didn't do anything with my hair color.
