SECOND UPDATE: I started receiving calls from outside the US harassing me about my review (even after they pledged me for a refund) and telling me I had to withdraw my review because this puts them in a bad position hell. . They also wanted me to help them get a safety certificate as Revain banned them from selling this product for 30 days which I refused (somehow they were able to get it and start selling on Revain again). I had to block numerous phone numbers and email addresses to stop the harassment. Go back to 1 star to track a customer. I also showed the burned box to my local fire investigator (who lives in my town complex) and he believes the fire started from the control box in the light as I first suspected. UPDATE: Customer service was fantastic with communication. My incident is the only one that has been reported where it caught fire. Maybe I just have a bad block. They offered me a refund well past the usual return date, for which I'm grateful. Upgrading to 4 stars because the customer service is outstanding and my experience with the lighting kit itself may not be exactly the same as yours. At first this seemed like a great lighting kit to add the DRL feature I was looking for. , plus the appearance of sequential turn signals. Installation was fairly easy (although the glue was terrible) and worked fine for a short time. After a few months one bulb went out white so after contacting the seller they sent a replacement bulb. from China. After 1 month I finally received a replacement in a horribly damaged box (see photo) but the blocks seemed fine. After replacing a burnt one for 3 weeks I was in my car and all of a sudden it smelled burned and I saw smoke. comes out from under the hood. I opened it up and the control box on the light spat fire and my engine bay was on fire! Luckily, I was able to put out the fire quickly, but there was significant damage caused by starting these fires.
