I couldn't even print any of the patterns or slice my own model with their software. First it goes through the automatic leveling and checks for limit switches. This is where my device faltered because it kept banging against the ceiling and I had to keep turning it off. I found that I had to adjust the Z-axis limit switch, but then it started crashing against the build plate. I found that the Y-axis limit switch was screwed into the wrong hole so it would never work. After finally successfully completing the opening sequences, he wanted to type. nope As soon as he lowered himself to start printing, it didn't stop falling and just kept pressing on the desktop. I've sent a few requests through their website, which keeps popping up a window asking for assistance. I never received an answer. I made an inquiry during the Chinese New Year so I didn't expect to get a reply before the 19th or 20th. On March 1st, after owning the printer for 25 days, I threw in the towel and sent it back.
