Review on 🌧️ Ivation 3,000 Sq. Ft Energy Star Dehumidifier: Efficient De-humidifier for Large Rooms and Basements with Continuous Drain Hose, Humidity Control, Auto Shutoff and Restart by Buddy Camaney

I did a lot of research and decided I wanted a dehumidifier with a hose and pump. Reading the information I thought what I ordered had it. I didn't know there was another box downstairs that said 45,000 sq ft with a peristaltic pump. So I was disappointed because I could buy any dehumidifier with a hose connection. I just didn't want to go through the hassle of buying the right hose. (And cheaper dehumidifiers.) But this new dehumidifier is heavy and can be a hassle to return, so I decided to give it a try. I had a spare hose from a washing machine hookup and an old hose in the basement set up for an old humidifier. Everything is hooked up, I inserted the hose into the drain area with a small bowl underneath to see if it would drain. So true! My old humidifier runs 24/7 trying to dry out moisture from cinder blocks caused by unusual rains. Ivation dried it out overnight and also lowered the moisture level. I'm hoping for a $25 rebate since it's an Energy Star and plan on keeping it. But be warned if you're looking for a pump and tube pump to tick the right box!
