I've seen several of these over the past few years. What made me buy this particular model were 2 features that my previous massage gun didn't have. This device has everything you would expect from a massage gun: multiple heads, long-lasting battery, multiple speeds/modes, plus a charging cable and storage case. What impressed me was that the heads not only fit the gun, they screw on and are very secure. My other shotgun had plain plastic tips that just wouldn't hold up after a while. This is not only unpleasant, but can also be dangerous if you are not careful when using the massage gun and do not hold the attachment. With this new weapon, that can't be, because no move will loosen those heads. Another feature I like is the swivel head. You can adjust the reach to fit your back or neck, or to fit your right or left hand. This pistol lasts much longer with solid tips and I'll be able to make better use of it since I can reach the areas I need. massage yourself
