I'm renovating. A local contractor informed my contractor that there was absolutely nothing to replace the broken handles on the two mirrored first aid kits in the bathroom. I was looking for a suitable replacement when I stumbled across them. Ideal! Made of acrylic, looks like a glass mirror. Goes great with my outdated decor. Very strong and effective adhesive. Easy to use. As other reviewers have pointed out, wherever you put them, they will stay put. So make sure to position them correctly the first time. Update 3 years later: One of the handles broke vertically about 6 months after installation. The mirror is big and heavy. Worked fine until recently when I took another mirror, forced it open and pushed half of the other handle away from its base leaving half of the handle and some glue sticking. Through my fault I called the Mirart company, contacted one person straight away (no phone tree, US based) and they gave me excellent step by step advice. Excellent customer service. And I still highly recommend the product.
