I am happy to recommend this part to others! At first I didn't know what was going on and a little research revealed that my power cord might have blown like some computers have in the past. Sometimes 2-4 years is all you get with a power chord. Anyway, the Xbox website suggested only the official and much more expensive Power Accord would work. I took a chance by reading some reviews and my Xbox has been completely restored to normal!
