they fit 2 sizes small,,if you take medium get x-large. very small amount of padding makes very little difference in butt roundness in pants,,but make your flat ass look good just with them on with no paints. I gave 3 stars because fit so friggin small. if you want something to make your no ass look like an ass get something with more padding.if you just want look good with just underwhere on these will make a big difference and look natural.
