I think I misunderstood this product when I first bought this because I bought it to use with a scrub in the shower . However, after reading the instructions and realizing that it should be used on dry skin, I decided to give it a try. I don't know how much softer my skin gets from this because I use a coconut oil scrub every week but one thing it does is improve circulation and it's amazing. I use it sometimes when I come back from the gym before jumping in the shower and after using it I can see my veins dilate a bit and I feel tingling all over. I also bruise easily and frequently and have found my bruising to go away faster when I use this. However, I prefer to use it after working a double shift at work, which happens about 3-4 times. a week because I come home exhausted and sick and this brush makes my whole body tingly and a little less sore. I am really pleasantly surprised by this brush
