There have always been various unknown bruises on my legs and arms and I have had absolutely none since using this brush and I have noticed an improvement in my skin condition. This is my first time trying dry brushing and I was quite skeptical. My skin is quite sensitive so I was sure it would be irritated after trying it. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The bristles are not hard enough to hurt or irritate and my skin is much softer after using the brush. Good brush for beginners!
