First of all, I like my new chair. I received Serta CHR10052A Wellness by Design Medium Gray Office Chair. I say that because I always look at the 1⭐️ ratings to see if people are just complaining about stupidity or if there's something consistent there. Looking at the reviews after looking at more than one Serta model I noticed the same reviews but it might be a cheaper model and it's ultimately hard to tell. I would say it took maybe an hour and a half to build and is of good quality standards. I'm 5ft 2in and think this is a good size for my height and weight 135lbs. I don't think this will work well for someone over 5'8 with a taller physique.
