Overall everything is fine. Don't expect explosive and deep bass from these cans. The highs are okay, but I agree with some reviewers about the dirty bass. It's not bad, but I expected something better from JVC. I have a couple of their 900s where the bass is really easy. On them, in some cases, a little louder a little better, but not deep. It's ok for movies and great for TV shows and news, but I wouldn't recommend this glass for gamers or music lovers. Also cord. I don't expect this to last long - it's CCA, not copper. Update: some people would like to know if the person next door can hear the sound? The answer is yes, and it's probably louder on the outside of the cups than on the inside of the cups.
