I ordered this because and after my wife fell while trying to clean the ceiling fan blades. I was at work at the time. We tried this Swiffer on a fan right after it arrived. What I found was like things. He picked up light dust, but wherever there was a lot of dust, he just wiped it off what was on the floor. I would say it's good for light dust. The extension feature works great, as does the ability to tilt the lobe. It stretches easily. There were 3 dust bags. Finding a place to slide the commutator material over a two-pronged fork is not easy, and takes real effort to get it in place. Not once did he try to slip off to wipe the dust my wife did. I give 4 stars.
