Cheap junk plastic and poor warranty service
I used it exactly one and a half times before it broke. What a disappointment after all the rave reviews I've read. AND ALSO. I bought it in the fall while working on a camper van so it would be ready for next season. When I used it in the spring and it broke, it was too late to return it. Oxygenics support had me poking around on the phone and online before telling me that it would cost an absurd amount to ship a working part. You'd think a company that sells a premium product made from cheap plastic parts could at least send you a new part without wasting tons of time and effort then trying to extort more money from you for their warranty. . I do not think so.
