Update: Just received my brand new knife well packaged. Run don't go to buy this knife! I used to hate opening champagne bottles. In fact, I'm petrified. Not now! This opener is the answer to my fear. Opened a bottle of champagne with no problem. Love it! Not only was the opener box torn open, but there are scratches on the opener. The inside of the box looked damaged when someone tried to remove the original packaging. This knife is very similar to an opener that has been opened, used and then returned. Stupid of me, but I'm asking for a NEW and UNUSED replacement. 🤞
