These Grolsch swing top bottles are one of my favorite items I've bought from Revain. They should definitely be allowed to be rated more than "five stars". I have bought other bottles like this one from Revain and they are second to none. kombucha They are all very airtight and this prevents the carbonation from escaping (no flat kombucha!). I mean it takes a lot of attention and money. You spend a lot of time preparing it and it stinks when the end result is not right. My kombucha ferments quickly and I have to 'burp' the bottles twice a day. When I open the lid, I hear a "pop" letting me know everything is working as it should. I am also confident that these bottles are strong enough to withstand this level of pressure. They are of good thickness. They were delivered to me intact, with no cracks or defects. I would highly recommend these flip top bottles to anyone looking to make a fizzy drink. If I ever need another set, I will definitely buy these again.
