Review on Efficient 36V Golf Cart Battery Charger: EZGO TXT Medalist, 36 Volt Trickle Charge by Lance Levatte

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The chargers did not shut off automatically and charged my carts to 42 and 42.5 volts.

I bought 2 of these because they sounded fantastic BUT. They charged both carts and never turned off. I was looking for a companion/charger, not a "charger". Both carts worked for 2 days and my garage smelled like an acid factory. I charged them for 2 days and then turned them off as I felt something was wrong. I tested them after 2 hours of sitting. One car had 42.5 volts and the other 42 volts. They're attacking, but I can't trust them at all. My batteries will be dead by the end of the year and charging/boiling out batteries is not good for them. I sent them in for a refund but haven't received a refund yet and I have proof that they received it. I will update you if I receive a refund. RETURNS UPDATE. They have chargers and now they don't want to admit that they have them. I have a UPS delivery confirmation, they received it on Friday 17th at 9:45am. It's Tuesday morning the 21st and all I hear from them is crickets. Except for an email saying they didn't receive it and I'm running out of time for a refund. They also have a number of conditions to refuse refunds such as: B. They must be bubble wrapped and have all original packaging. And it must have some kind of authorization # visible on the box from the outside. That I did everything for her. I don't trust them so I called Revain direct and they said they would issue a refund.
