I love my Giro Atmos and it has many uses. So I need a new pair of pads about twice a year. The original upholstery wears out and comes off with washing. I decided to try these pads because I also find that the original pads are quite flimsy and if the helmet has a lamp and camera installed a little extra padding is very welcome. They arrived quickly and match the helmet perfectly. You can reuse the original velcro patches, but if they come loose or you just want to use all new ones, some of these are included in this kit. The material adheres well to Velcro and fits just like the original pads. You will definitely need to adjust the straps a bit as these pads are really thicker than the originals. However, they are quite flexible and it was easy for me to adapt them perfectly to my Atmos again. After the first week of driving with new pads, I was convinced that this was the right decision. The helmet is more comfortable and the pads work well and dry quickly. We'll see about the durability, but I don't expect them to be any worse than the original.
