No longer compatible with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
I have had great success with these cartridges from ValueToner. However, an automated HP printer firmware/software update (March/April 2021) was recently performed and I suspect this update caused the printer to reject all my ink cartridge colors at the same time with a "cartridge problem" error. The printer no longer prints. I suspect the ValueToner chips need to be updated to accommodate the latest HP firmware/software update. Or if there is another workaround I'd love to hear it. Any comments or thoughts from ValueToner?
