Review on Headversity by Ben Balas

I like that it is easy for people in different parts of our organisation to access this tool. It's also good because we can see exactly what everyone has done as well as how much time was spent doing certain tasks. There isn't anything i dislike about using this software but maybe more options would be nice? This could help us improve by allowing staff members who aren’t familiar or comfortable with technology to use it too! We have been able to easily assess strengths/weaknesses within teams and identify areas which need improvement so far everything seems very efficient and user friendly.
