I haven't even tried to use it. The only reason I bought this particular model was because of the UL approval. The description says UL reference number and so on. When the product arrived I found it strange that the product did not have the UL logo on it. My husband works at UL and found a reference number which of course doesn't exist. We reported this to UL's fraud department and I returned it immediately. This product may never have been tested for safety. So if you value yours I would look for a different product.
