So since there is such pressure from the seller to change the rating then please. Substandard product and seller and compromised through and through. We really hope that you will give us another chance to improve our products and we sincerely apologize to you. The hope was to have something more functional and versatile. This device is not well designed and the construction is terrible. I just don't understand how it could have passed any quality control. We ended up bringing it back and got the NUWave Brio oven instead. Benefits1. The idea is good, but the execution is very bad. 2. Unit tested with hash browns, the convection portion of the oven worked well closer to 15.5" from the table top. 4. Bottom and top heating elements, even heat delivery. Cons 1. The joysticks wobbled like they were about to fall off. 2. The fan made a whirring sound like it was out of balance 3. The control buttons and displays are very, very cheap.
