After very light use, the metal sleeve on the loop fell out one week after the end of the return/exchange period, so I must have received a defective one. The seller (Bay Side Brush Co) has not responded to two emails asking for an exchange or replacement. *UPDATE* The seller contacted me for a replacement so they changed the rating up. Will be checked again when a replacement arrives. *UPDATE* Replacement never arrived, no message from seller.
