Review on Ruby Receptionists by Ashton Dahmer

I have been using ruby receptionist for over two years now, they are very professional in their service delivery to clients! They always deliver quality customer care with great attention towards detail which is what we require from our business partners at all times!! The only thing that could be improved would maybe an option of having more than one agent when needed or even better yet multiple agents working together as team members! We use it mainly because its cheap but also excellent support provided by them makes us feel comfortable about this decision too. Call handling has never looked so good before i started calling through rrb's amazing software platform called "ruby".
