This product has no installation direction. UP is on the side of the filter, most filters including the original have an arrow for airflow. This filter goes against the others so it's so confusing if you got everything right except this one seems to be a good filter. It was the first of these filters I've bought, if it's the last to be replaced I'd recommend while I can. Can't say, but for now I think it's a good filter.
