The service said that this case is not guaranteed, although there is no external damage at all! Screen replacement costs 40,000 tenge. When asked why the glass was not damaged then, they answered that it was a protective glass of good quality, but what does it protect? So when buying this phone, be prepared for such surprises. For the first time I come across such a gentle phone in handling. I did not think that a device costing as much as 2 MEIZU or XIAOMI with the same characteristics has such a fragile display.
