I am happy with this purchase. The quality of Mike could be a bit better, but it's very cheap. Update: I've had it for a few weeks now and I see the volume control issues that others have complained about. It seems to work for some use cases but not for others, for example software problems seem to depend on applications etc. I spend a lot of time setting it up compared to other devices that are much more plug and play. I suggest you take your time exiting this return box. 2nd update: I've had it for a few weeks now and have solved all the various setup issues for my various devices. It works well and I'm happy with the quality. It took a while but I think the hardware itself is pretty good. Bluetooth range is good as I can carry it from room to room which is a nice plus. I found that the microphone issue I was having was caused by the phone's speaker picking up laptop fan noise. Moving the phone a foot away from the laptop solved the problem.
