This is an awesome printer IF you do a little research and find out the details that you need to deal with before they become potentially big problems. Artillery decided to use ribbon cables to run the hot end and extruder. This is great for managing cables, but they don't use locking connectors. This can cause the ribbons to wobble during printing and either make a bad connection that affects performance, or they can short out and damage various electronic devices inside the printer. If you print out and install some of the clips readily available on Thingiverse, the problem is no longer a problem. Immediately after unpacking, the print quality varies greatly. There are several "Unpack and Configure" videos on YouTube that show the settings you need to make before powering on. Match things together and tighten and you've got some awesome prints. One of the biggest mistakes owners of this printer make is changing everything they see to "make it better". This printer gives you AWESOME quality with just the things I mentioned above. 3D Nexus (https://3d-nexus.com/) provides printer profiles to download and install for multiple slicers. Set up the printer. Get a profile for your slicer. And everything is ready. After you get acquainted with the printer and know how to run it correctly, mods for it are available. Different devices. other firmware. You can fucking change it. Take the time you need. There is a learning curve to 3D printing. Those who tune their car well are more likely to let it down than vice versa. Keep the car as close to the warehouse as possible for a while and you may be able to get better help from the Facebook group that will help keep it running. As with anything you buy, parts can fail. Artillery has a presence on the Facebook page (they are admins) and respond to requests for help. I've only heard good things about people who need warranty parts. The only negative is the time it will take for COVID 19 to shake the whole world. If you are in a hurry to get your print back, there are several retailers that have replacement parts. If you're willing to buy them, you can get back to work much quicker. The prices are quite reasonable for everything available. I give this printer a solid 5 if you take care of it during installation. It could have gotten an A+ so easily if Artillery had just paid attention to a few details.
