I like that it is easy to track all information about my patient, from test results (when they are sent) through billing details/payments received by me or insurance companies. It's also very user friendly! The software has gotten better over time as well - so there have been some improvements in this area since we first got our license 2+ years ago. We use medassit with multiple providers at once; however sometimes having access when you need help can be difficult if one provider isn't available immediately. This doesn’t happen often though because everyone knows what their role should be within an office setting. Also not sure how much support staff gets paid but being able to pay bills online without needing someone else present helps keep things running smoothly during busy times such as holidays when many offices shut down temporarily due to lack of workforce. Our practice was previously using paper charts.
