This bag is very thick for my needs and I'm pleasantly surprised! This is the second type of compostable bin liners I have used and my favorite due to their thickness. No offensive smell and easy to tie although it doesn't have a top I still find it easy to tie the top. At 12 cents a bag and I only use 1 bag a week (x2 as we have 2 bin bags in the bathroom) this roll will go a long way. No leakage issues so far BUT we never throw away really wet items and only store dry items/trash in the bathroom so I can't confirm how well this holds liquid for a week. If you're thinking of making the switch to compostable bin liners, you won't regret purchasing this liner.
