Cheap and Flimsy Packaging

Based on our own experience, this product from Thermwell Products Co was a major disappointment. The packaging was cheap and flimsy, which resulted in some of the tools getting damaged during shipping. The lack OF proper packaging shows a lack of quality control from the company. It is clear that they prioritize cutting costs over ensuring the safety and integrity of their products... We would not recommend this product for anyone looking for reliable tools and home improvement supplies..
