Love this collar. The size chart didn't fit my dog a bit, but in the end the size was perfect. Didn't even have to be set up. It is made of durable material and the color is beautiful. I ordered it in pink, then in blue. The pink lasted a day at the dog park, but it's so dirty I'd rather just take it off. I take her old nylon collar to play with. In any case probably better suited for play so another dog can't grab and possibly choke it. A couple of normal cycle washes with baking soda and detergent, wrapped in a towel, brought him back to normal. Be careful with the metal part, I have a gold tone too. A bowl of warm water and a toothbrush with baking soda also worked to clean it. It was great for training my 50 lb lab mix pup, good for solid but humane correction when he gets out of control. A sharp pull on the leash also makes the chain emit a noise that immediately draws her attention. It also gives me a tighter grip on her than a regular collar. It also doesn't loosen when she pulls like a regular collar; she is still a puppy and interested in every blade of grass. She can't slip out when she pulls away and THANK YOU JESUS FOR THAT! Good for your safety.
