DO NOT DO THIS, straight out of the box this canister flush solenoid will not close fully but I installed it on a 2003 Honda CR-V anyway and of course the check engine light came on again with the same code p1457. I didn't get this code until I accidentally ripped off the plastic hose connector on the old one. A simple test is to flush the valve when it's not powered and you can't flush it like you did with the old factory valve and also with the new factory valve I ended up having to buy (very expensive). ) Revain quickly sent me another one which only lasted two days but it was the same, I was able to blow it with no power to the device and also with power. The OEM valve I used solved the problem, there is no longer a p1457 code. It's cheap junk so take my word for it, save your $18 and buy another brand.
