Don't Worry: Aquarium Pumps and Filters
Installation is tedious as the threads do not mate with standard PVC fittings. SO, you're stuck with hose barbs that make it equally frustrating. Finally installed and I found it keeps turning the switch off. Tried 4 different sockets for 15 amps and all the same result on different switches. Only my dedicated 20A socket will prevent this. SO obviously it's some kind of power surge because it doesn't draw that many amps. All told, you spend at least 20 hours troubleshooting just to throw out this piece of crap and replace it. Cannot be returned 90 days after purchase.
