Wow! I am impressed. I'm a huge Chucks fan, but I'm not crazy about 'brand names' as I don't aim to impress anyone with the brand I wear. .Still, it's a well-made shoe unless you're planning on hiking in it, which Chucks weren't designed for. For the price they are clean, comfortable and good looking. I don't expect them to last forever. Nothing. does, but for now. Converse can wait in line until the economy stabilizes. Brands don't care about your finances in these tough times, in fact their products are getting a bit more expensive. To be smart!
