The first thing to note is that 10 colors equals one color per set and 22 sets per pack. They are packaged in such a way that they are not perfectly aligned so you can easily separate the sets if needed. Or if you're a control and organization freak like me, you're itching to organize them by color. I resisted it, at least for now. The way it's organized makes me think of group art projects where you want everyone to have at least one side of each color, so it could be useful for scouts, classrooms, or kindergarten kids. The paper itself is slightly thicker than other craft papers. I've used it as promised in the past, although I can't tell if it's "heavyweight," whatever that means. Yes, it's easy to fold and bend into basic shapes, but I also found that it can be easily glued or stapled. It doesn't have the bad smell that I've noticed with some craft papers, which makes it a lot more pleasant to work with. I really want to remodel it!
